Dirty Filthy Billionaire

(A Dirty Universe Novella)

by Laurelin Paige

From New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Laurelin Paige comes a new story in her Dirty Universe series…

I’m damn good at my job.

So if I swipe my boss’s event invitations from time to time, it’s kind of like a much-earned bonus. He’ll never miss them, and I get a five-star free meal in the company of men in well-fitted suits.

But then he shows up at an award’s dinner that I’m most definitely not supposed to be at.

Lucky for me, when my boss accuses me of stealing his ticket, a hot swoony man in a tux steps in and says, “She came with me.”

Now I owe the stranger one, which is totally cool.

Until I discover the hot, swoony man is none other than Steele Sebastian, a rich man with a penchant for scandal.

And the way he wants me to pay him back?

Let’s just say that Steele Sebastian has a reputation as a dirty filthy billionaire, and I’m about to find out why.

An Exclusive Interview with Laurelin Paige

~ with Jillian Stein, co-owner of 1,001 Dark Nights / The Blue Box Press

Can you tell us why or how you chose to write about this couple for your novella?

Simone has been a character that’s existed since 2016. I’ve dangled her a few times (in the Dirty Duet and Dirty Wild Trilogy), and every time I’ve had a chance to spend time with her, I’ve loved how salty she was. So when Steele Sebastian came to her rescue in Kincaid, setting up the possibility for Simone to “owe” him, I knew I had to follow the trail and see where the story took me, and I’m so glad I did.

What’s your cure for hiccups?

Drink water upside down. Which actually means I take a glass of water, bend over, then pour the water in my mouth while I’m bent over. Like this.

What’s the worst thing you’ve eaten out of politeness?

I hate lamb, and I picked through a meal with homemade lamb for what I swear felt like two hours trying not to be mean about it.

What’s the most awkward thing that happens to you on a regular basis?

How often I mess up on the text and/or captions on my Tik Toks. You can’t edit them, and I swear I f-k them up more than any normal person should. I’m constantly having to change the privacy settings to “Just Me”, since Tik Tok algorithm doesn’t like deleting, and recreating the same thing over, only to make another mistake. My kids make fun of me on the reg.

How did you come up with the title for this book?

It’s a little obvious because it’s a crossover book from the Brutal Billionaire world and Dirty Universe. I did debate between Dirty Brutal Billionaire and Dirty Filthy Billionaire. I ended up choosing the latter because it was the more established of the two series.

Biography:

USA Today and New York Times Bestselling Author Laurelin Paige is a sucker for a good romance and gets giddy anytime there’s kissing, much to the embarrassment of her three daughters. Her husband doesn’t seem to complain, however. When she isn’t reading or writing sexy stories, she’s probably singing, watching Game of Thrones or The Walking Dead, or dreaming of Michael Fassbender. She is represented by Rebecca Friedman.
